Unfortunately, If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases

  1. Wrong product received by the customer
  2. Products have some defects (point no 8 will be applied on it)
  3. Product damaged in shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost or if you want a refund on this contact us on our given email)
  4. Product tampers
  5. Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
  6. There is a 25% restocking fees for every customer.
  7. You will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
  8. If order cancelled (or refunded )by the customer due to any reason customer have to bear the transaction fee of 5%.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theashibags@gmail.com and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
