Tracking Your Order

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. However, please note that
Chanel and Hermès products are subject to a specialized return policy. For these brands, returns must be initiated within
7 days from the date of receipt to qualify for a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, saleable, and complete with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Please refer to our
